Put what the business owns to work.

Borrow against inventory, receivables, or equipment. The more your assets are worth, the more you can access.

Applying does not commit you to an offer.

How it works.

An asset-based loan uses business assets as collateral. The lender values those assets and lends against a share of that value.

Because the loan is secured, it can cost less than unsecured financing and leans less on credit. Assets that turn into cash easily, like receivables, usually support more borrowing than specialized equipment.

A good fit if you

  • Hold inventory, receivables, equipment, or property
  • Need more than cash flow alone supports
  • Want a lower cost than unsecured options
  • Are comfortable pledging assets as collateral

What we’ll ask for.

The application takes about two minutes. If you move forward, an underwriter will ask for these.

  1. Photo ID

A driver’s license or passport for each owner.

  2. Three months of statements

Recent business bank statements, so we can see your sales and cash flow.

  3. A list of your assets

What you’d pledge and roughly what it’s worth: inventory, receivables, or equipment.

How does asset-based lending work?

The lender values the assets you pledge and lends a percentage of that value. If the loan isn’t repaid, the lender can claim the assets.

What assets can I use?

Inventory, accounts receivable, machinery, equipment, and real estate are the most common.

Who is it for?

Businesses with valuable assets that need working capital, especially when cash flow alone wouldn’t support the amount.

Does my credit matter?

Less than with unsecured loans. The value of your collateral carries most of the weight.
